Founded in 2022, Brian has led Lyon Investments to becoming one of the leaders in developing North Carolina's downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. Brian's unique stylistic approach created opportunities to work for the cities biggest institutions. No slowing down in sight, Brian is still taking Lyon Investments to new heights.
Starting with a small set of apartment buildings, we have grown to residential and commercial high rises in our cities downtown. We provide everything from leasing and property management to legal support.
